Celebrating Dr. Jordan Graff’s 2026 AZ Top Doc Recognition

Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center retina specialist earns fourth AZ Top Doc recognition for excellence in retinal care, research, and patient service

PHOENIX, AZ — September 10, 2026 — American Vision Partners (AVP) is proud to announce that Jordan M. Graff, MD, FACS, a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon with Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, has been recognized as a 2026 AZ Top Doc.

The 2026 honor marks Dr. Graff’s fourth AZ Top Doc recognition, following his third recognition in 2025. AZ Top Docs evaluates physicians through a merit-based review process designed to recognize accomplished healthcare providers throughout Arizona.

Dr. Graff specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the retina and vitreous. Throughout his career, he has combined advanced clinical care with research and education, serving as a principal investigator on nationwide clinical trials and contributing to scientific publications and presentations. His clinical interests include diabetic eye disease, complex retinal detachment repair, macular conditions, and emerging treatments for retinal disease.

His commitment to advancing retinal care was highlighted in 2024 when Dr. Graff became the first retina surgeon in the United States to provide treatment with Susvimo® following FDA approval of updates to the ocular implant, offering an important treatment option for patients with wet age-related macular degeneration.

“Dr. Graff represents the level of clinical excellence, innovation, and commitment to patients that we strive for throughout American Vision Partners,” said Shane Armstrong, CEO. “His continued recognition as an AZ Top Doc speaks not only to his expertise as a retinal surgeon, but also to the impact he continues to make through research, education, and compassionate patient care.”

Dr. Graff earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude and earning induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa, followed by two years of fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery, where he received the Heed Foundation Fellowship. In 2016, he was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Beyond his work in Arizona, Dr. Graff is fluent in Spanish and has participated in medical service missions throughout Latin America, extending his commitment to preserving and improving sight to communities beyond the patients he serves locally.

American Vision Partners congratulates Dr. Graff on his 2026 AZ Top Doc recognition and his continued dedication to advancing retinal care for patients across Arizona.
