Shane T. Armstrong

Shane Armstrong is American Vision Partners’ CEO and a member of the Board of Directors.

Shane previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Eye Center. Shane joined Southwestern as a legal specialist in 2010 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Shane was instrumental in the sale of Southwestern Eye Center to H.I.G. Capital and concurrent merger with Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center.

An active member of the community, Shane is the Vice President of Southwestern Medical Foundation, a charitable non-profit established to provide medical services to those in need.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from BYU-Hawaii and was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree followed by a Master of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona.
