CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Jimbo Cross is our Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for our Business Development (M&A) Team which delivers strategic growth primarily through the partnership and acquisition of new practices.

Jimbo has spent more than 20 years in healthcare in various senior management roles leading sales, business development, and M&A Teams across multiple sectors including vision care, surgical (ASC), acute and post-acute care, and dental with more than 13 of those years in the eye care industry. His career includes working for both Fortune 100 companies as well as for small private equity sponsored platforms, developing and executing strategies that have led to expansive growth.

Jimbo received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. He enjoys serving his local community through volunteering on non-profit boards.
