Chaz Hinkle

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Chaz Hinkle is American Vision Partners’ Chief People Officer. He provides strategic direction and oversight for AVP’s talent strategy, provider and corporate recruiting, total rewards, learning and development, employee relations, and HR administration. Chaz leads AVP’s People Services team with a core mission: to support the growth and success of the business and our people.

Prior to American Vision Partners, Chaz led People teams at a variety of private equity and venture capital-backed healthcare technology and healthcare services companies, including Welltok (now a Virgin Pulse Company), Matrix Medical Network, and The TriZetto Group (now a Cognizant Company).

Chaz earned his Master of Business Administration, BS Accountancy, and BS Finance degrees with the highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Chaz is also a proud U.S. military veteran who served nearly 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, including combat tours of duty with 1st Marine Division (1stMarDiv), 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines (3/1) and 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines (3/4) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
